To answer to this question I will tell you a real story.
One of my neighbours had the struggles we all have, money, family, bills, job, house, health and so on. And suddenly, to me, they made a lot of money and I heard them talking on the phone about pretty big amounts of money someone need to pay to them. I don’t know what business they started or whatever they did.
But they got a nice, new car, renovated the house, nice clothes, bills paid, food. Everything looks perfect, right? It looks like all their problems are gone.
But one day my pets woke me up at around 6 AM (I don’t usually wake up that early) and I heard the neighbor crying inside so bad. I don’t know what was the problem, but a few days earlier they were happy and smiling and now crying so bad.
And now their faces are angry, sad and they have a low energy. So the grass is not always greener on the other side, we just perceive it like this without having the full story.
We should stop comparing our lives to other people’s lives because if we have all the details we wouldn’t want to live their life and we will see that our life is not really that bad.
We should focus on how to improve our own life and not to copy someone else’s life.
