Why are you really afraid

I see all the time on internet “If you wouldn’t be afraid what would you do?” and people start pouring lists of what they would love to do if they wouldn’t had that FEAR in their mind and heart.

FEAR is your biggest enemy, but you were taught to live it 24/7 and this is the hard truth.

Kids go to a foreign environment and spend half of the day with a bunch of strangers to be “educated” started at the age of 3.

Since then you are taught to fear older students, fear the teacher, fear the principal, fear the bad grades, fear to talk with your boss, fear to change the job, fear to start a business, fear for food, fear for society, fear for your image, fear for not fitting in and so on.

Since the age of 3 you live in constant fear and your brain is overwhelmed by this feeling and have very few experiences with long term joy, relaxation, safety and happiness. This is why it’s so hard to break this “fear habit” you’ve learned and lived fear for 20, 30, 40 or maybe 50 years of your life, but you have to break it if you want a change.
